Expansion von Genf nach Zürich
Fallbeispiel Netzwerkaufbau
Ein KMU aus der Westschweiz möchte in die Deutschschweiz expandieren. Das Problem: Die kulturellen und sprachlichen Hürden erscheinen gross. Deshalb wurde das Projekt Jahr für Jahr verschoben, obwohl die finanziellen Mittel vorhanden waren.
Mit Roestigraben Mediation übernahmen wir die Projektleitung mit einem Pensum von 60 Prozent. Schritt für Schritt entwickeln wir die Organisation, passen die Marke behutsam an die Kultur der Deutschschweiz an und bereiten den Markteintritt in Zürich vor.
Das Vorhaben ist auf Kurs und der Eröffnung in Zürich steht nichts mehr im Weg.

Fallbeispiel Team-Mediation
Zwei Abteilungsleiter aus unterschiedlichen Kulturkreisen werfen sich gegenseitig Mobbing vor. Diese Situation blockiert die Zusammenarbeit und belastet das Team. Die Verwaltungsleiterin beauftragte Roestigraben mit einer Mediation.
Nach Einzelgesprächen mit allen Beteiligten begleiteten wir den Klärungsprozess in drei moderierten Sitzungen. Schritt für Schritt entstand gegenseitiges Verständnis, aus dem klare Vereinbarungen für die Zusammenarbeit hervorgingen.
Die Mobbing-Vorwürfe wurden aufgegeben und die beiden arbeiten wieder konstruktiv und erfolgreich zusammen.
