Case study Network Setup
An SME from French-speaking Switzerland wants to expand into German-speaking Switzerland, but the cultural and linguistic barriers are significant. The project has been postponed year after year, despite having financial resources.
Together with Roestigraben Mediation, we took over project management with a 60 percent workload. We are gradually developing the organization, carefully adapting the brand to the culture of German-speaking Switzerland, and preparing for the Zurich market entry.
The project is on track and nothing stands in the way of the opening in Zurich.

Two department heads from different cultural backgrounds accuse each other of bullying. This situation is hindering collaboration and putting a strain on the team. The administrative director commissioned Roestigraben to mediate.
After individual discussions with all parties involved, we facilitated the clarification process in three moderated sessions. Step by step, mutual understanding emerged, resulting in clear agreements for collaboration.
The bullying allegations were dropped and the two are working together constructively and successfully again.
